The school agrees that a fee is due to Carney, Sandoe & Associates ("CS&A") if any information sent to the school by CS&A (via ORM, hard copy materials, conference materials, or otherwise) is used by the school in hiring a candidate within two years from the date of viewing said information. Fee is based on a percentage of the candidate's first year's salary: For Member Schools 11.5% for placements 1-4, and 10.0% for each successive placement ($3940 minimum/placement); 16.5% otherwise ($4650 minimum). The fee is payable at the time the candidate is hired (offer made and accepted). An administrative handling fee of $250 applies for each position registered by the school (this fee is waived for Member Schools).

Information about candidates is that which has been provided or authorized by the candidates, and CS&A does not verify said information or conduct criminal background checks. It is understood that it is the responsibility of the school to verify all candidate information and conduct criminal background checks.
